Biography I am deeply committed to advancing sustainable bio-based solutions for coastal resilience. My current research leverages Microbially Induced Calcium Carbonate Precipitation (MICP) to develop effective 'biocementation' techniques, aiming to fortify maritime infrastructure by harnessing the natural metabolic power of specialized microbial strains. By integrating biotechnology with civil engineering, I strive to create eco-friendly materials that protect our shorelines against erosion and rising sea levels, offering a durable and sustainable alternative to traditional construction methods.
